Hi, I’m Rachael, founder of REACH PT and a qualified Personal Trainer. I’m passionate about helping people get stronger, healthier and more confident—without quick fixes.

My approach is all about real progress, focusing on strength, mobility, and mental health.

At REACH, everyone’s welcome and supported, whether you’re training solo or in a group.

For me, success means building confidence, consistency and a strong mindset for life.

  • I’ve been training with Rachael, in a joint session with my wife for almost a year. Rach comes to our house with weights and other equipment and makes it easy to work out in our small lounge, incorporating strength training and cardio. Rach is always enthusiastic, motivating and fun to train with. She varies the exercises every session and comes up with new, interesting exercises so the sessions fly by!
